I work with a variety of clients, from athletes and fitness enthusiasts to those rebuilding trust with food or navigating eating disorder recovery.

Together, we’ll create a flexible, sustainable approach to eating that fits your life, supports your goals and helps you feel confident and energized—without restrictive rules or one-size-fits-all plans.

Julianna Blake, MS, RD, CDN

Fuel Forward Nutrition is owned and operated by Julianna Blake, MS, RD, CDN, a Registered Dietitian and Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist licensed in New York State. I am a total foodie who believes food should be enjoyed, not feared. My experience spans both the eating disorder and fitness spaces, helping clients bridge the gap between performance goals and a positive, sustainable relationship with food.

As an active individual, I love exploring new ways to move and challenge myself—from cycling and weightlifting to pilates, swimming, and even jump rope. I also enjoy spending time in the kitchen experimenting with simple, nourishing meals—cooking for others is my love language.

Through my practice, my goal is to help you build the same confidence, balance, and freedom with food that I cherish. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where nourishment enhances your lifestyle, mental well-being, and long-term health.
